Maya Chen
Maya has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 8. Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, she believes in creating a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore mindful movement. Her classes blend traditional techniques with modern approaches to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace.
With a background in mindfulness meditation and a deep commitment to holistic wellness, Maya approaches each class with warmth, patience, and authentic presence. She’s passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.
